Overview

Stack Overflow for Teams Enterprise (SOE) shows user engagement in an info-packed dashboard with date range comparison, benchmarks, tag filtering, and more. SOE has admin settings that allow you to specify benchmark values (goals) for several aspects of your site's user engagement. The dashboard will then display those benchmarks in the charts to help you visualize your site's progress toward those goals.

To control dashboard settings, click Admin settings then Dashboard.

Benchmarks

The dashboard settings page lists several benchmarks you can define and display on the corresponding dashboard charts. These metrics include:

  • Median time to answer

  • Interaction rate

  • Total answer ratio

  • Active user ratio

  • New questions, monthly growth

To enable or disable all benchmarks, use the Enable benchmarks toggle at the top of the page.

In the main benchmark list, click On for each benchmark you wish to display. Enter the benchmark value by typing directly into the field, or use the up/down buttons.

After you've made changes to the dashboard settings, click Save settings.

When displayed, a benchmark will appear as a horizontal line in the corresponding dashboard chart. In the example below, the benchmark for interaction rate is 20.
